Admin Automations fire system-wide notifications when events happen on the platform — like when a new user signs up or an account is cancelled. Only admins can configure them.
1. Go to Admin → Automations
2. Click New Action
3. Give it a name (e.g., "New User Alert")
4. Choose an event:
- User Signup — fires when anyone creates an account
- Account Cancelled — fires when a user deletes their account
5. Choose a channel:
- Webhook — POST to any URL
- Email — Send to an email address (requires SMTP configured)
- Discord — Send to a Discord webhook URL
- Telegram — Send to a Telegram chat ID
- Slack — Send to a Slack webhook URL
6. Write a payload template using variables (see below)
7. Click Create

When a user completes registration or deletes their account, all active admin actions with matching event types fire immediately. The dispatch is synchronous — notifications are sent in real-time during the request.
When a user deletes their account (via Clerk's "Delete Account" in their profile):
1. Clerk sends user.deleted webhook
2. RSSFlux cancels any active Stripe subscription
3. All user data is removed from the database
4. Admin automations with account_cancelled event fire
The user cannot log in again — their Clerk account is revoked.
| Event | Planned |
