Link Drop lets you save any webpage as a link in a dedicated RSS feed using a browser bookmarklet.
1. Go to Link Drop in the sidebar
2. Create a list (e.g., "Morning Scan", "Tech Reads")
3. Install the bookmarklet using one of these methods:
Method A — Drag to bookmarks bar (easiest):
Method B — Manual install (works in all browsers):
| Browser | Bookmark bar shortcut | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Chrome / Edge / Brave / Vivaldi | Ctrl+Shift+B | If the bookmarklet is blocked, disable Shields (Brave) or ensure HTTPS is not forcing redirects |
| Firefox | Ctrl+Shift+B | Right-click the bookmarks toolbar area → "Bookmarks Toolbar" → "Always Show" |
| Safari | Cmd+Shift+B | Enable "Show Bookmarks" from the View menu |
Click the bookmarklet on any page. You'll see a brief confirmation page, then be redirected back to the original page. The link is saved to your chosen list's RSS feed.
