Feeds Not Refreshing

1. Check if you've reached your tier's feed limit

2. Free tier feeds refresh automatically every 12 hours — manual refresh is not available

3. Verify the source URL is publicly accessible (not behind a login)

4. Some sites block automated access — try a different source or use custom selectors

Feed Returns Empty

• The source may use JavaScript rendering (try custom selectors)
• The site may have changed its layout since the preset was created
• Use the Selector Tool to identify the correct CSS selectors for the page

Widget Not Showing

• Ensure the iframe URL is correct: http://your-server:8000/api/widget/{token}
• Some sites block iframes — check your site's Content-Security-Policy headers
• Try opening the widget URL directly in a new tab to verify it renders

Common HTTP Errors
